Day 1: Depart for the Samburu Game Reserve set in the rugged semi-arid northern region with spectacular scenic landscape. The Ewaso Nyiro River dotted with doum palms meanders through the reserve giving it an oasis setting. Afternoon depart on an exciting game-viewing drive in search of game found only north of the equator that include the long necked gerenuk, grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, beisa oryx and the Somali ostrich.

Day 2: After an early breakfast depart on a full morning's exciting game-viewing drive in search of the 'big five', other wildlife and a large number of bird species. Return to the camp for lunch and a short siesta after which, depart on an afternoon game-viewing drive. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Visit to a Samburu Manyatta to see how the tribe lives in this harsh surrounding.

Day 3: after breakfast depart for Mountain Lodge arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon proceed on a forest nature walk with a professional guide. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight game viewing. Mountain Lodge rightfully boasts of having the highest record of animal visits and sightings in the area.

• A warm jacket/sweater is highly recommended.
• A good pair of hiking boots is recommended for the bush walk.

Day 4: After breakfast depart for Great Rift Valley arriving on time for lunch at Mbweha Camp. Enjoy a game drive in the afternoon with a visit to the shores of the lake where you may walk with millions of flamingos. Return to the camp for dinner.

Day 5: After breakfast depart for the most famous of Kenya's Game Reserves, Masai Mara Game Reserve passing by the satellite station and seeing some smaller game en-route. We will stop at Narok - the district capital of the Masai Area - to refuel before heading towards Tipilikwani Luxury Tented Camp. After lunch depart at 4PM on a game-viewing drive in search of the 'Big Five' and other plains game. Dinner & overnight at the camp.

Day 6: Full day in this beautiful reserve with game-viewing drives. All meals and overnight at the camp.
