Day 1: Met upon arrival at the airport with our unique & special welcome (cold towels, champagne and presentation of authentic safari hat to every guest). Transfer to your choice of city hotels. Tonight's welcome dinner is at the famous Carnivore Restaurant. (Vegetarians are catered for albeit with a simple menu).

Day 2: After breakfast depart on a pleasant drive to the floor of the Great Rift Valley with its spectacular views of the valley below to arrive at the lodge for lunch. Afternoon proceed on a game-viewing drive to see the millions of flamingo and a host of other bird and animal life including the ‘tree climbing lions’, white rhino, black rhino, leopard. Return for dinner, traditional entertainment and overnight.

Day 3: Enjoy an early breakfast and depart for the famed Masai Mara to arrive for a late lunch at the lodge. Afternoon proceed on an exciting game-viewing drive. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Full day in the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game-viewing drive. All meals and overnight at the camp or lodge.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Dawn Balloon Safari over the Mara Plains ending with a champagne breakfast.

Day 5: Awake early to enjoy a sumptuous breakfast before heading south towards Isebania and Sirari, the border towns of Kenya and Tanzania. We’ll continue with our journey passing the Mara River as it drains into Lake Victoria and stop at a picnic site to enjoy lunch. Continue with a game-viewing drive en-route to the lodge to check-in in the early evening. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 6: Full day in the Serengeti with game-viewing drives and all meals and overnight at the lodge.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Dawn Balloon Safari over the Mara Plains ending with a champagne breakfast.

Day 7: After breakfast, depart for the Oldupai Gorge where hominid footprints believed to be 3.6million years old were found. We will enjoy an on-site talk on the interpretation of the gorge by the resident guide. Proceed towards the rim of the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater stopping occasionally to admire the breath-taking vista unfolding before you to arrive at the lodge for lunch. This afternoon just relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the crater. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Warm jacket/cardigan is highly recommended.

Day 8: After breakfast and depending on our time slot descend some 600metres into the crater, which is home to an abundance of wildlife and a photogenic paradise, for half day of game-viewing drive. Lunch, dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 9: After breakfast depart for Tarangire National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge thereafter; proceed for an afternoon game drive returning to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: After breakfast depart for Nairobi where Day Rooms are reserved until 6pm. Dinner with the Manji family (if flight time permits) Transfer to the airport for home-bound flight.
